Resources are part of Airborne Kingdom and players must search the map for them.

Coal is most important, semi-limited resource. Coal is collected by finding coal deposits on the ground and is used by the city center as well as some propulsion and lift technologies to keep the kingdom moving through the skies. If you run out of coal, your city will begin to descend until it crashes to the earth and the game ends. Coal storage can be increased by researching the coal capacity talents of the city center. Coal can be produced from Wood in carcoal hut.

Water is recoverable resource. Water is collected at an oasis or condensed from the air using the water condenser. Residents of your kingdom need water to survive. Additionally, farms can turn water into food. If you run out of water your citizens will be thirsty and become less happy on the happiness meter. Water is stored in water towers, which, with research, can be stacked three units high.

Food is recoverable resource. Food is collected at thickets or grown on your city at farms. Residents need food to survive. If you run out of food residents will get less happy on the happiness meter, and eventually will leave. Food is stored in the food warehouse which, with research, can be stacked three units high.

Wood is basic construction material and recoverable resource. Wood is one of several resources needed for construction and is the only construction resource that can be harvested directly. Can be harvested from forests that replenish over time. Wood is required for constructing most buildings. You can increase storage by building warehouses, which, with research, can stack up to three units high.

Clay is raw resource, one of several resources that needs to be processed for construction. Can be harvested from clay deposits. Clay is processed by the Kiln into Adobe. You can increase storage by building warehouses, which, with research, can stack up to three units high.

Quartz is raw resource.

Iron Ore is raw resource.

Cotton is raw resource.

Adobe is refined resource, one of several processed resources required for "advanced" construction. Can be produced in adobe kiln from Clay. Required for the construction of most buildings.

Glass is refined resource.

Steel is refined resource.

Fabric is refined resource.
