These buildings serve as the basic needs of your citizens. They are always unlocked at the start of each new game and will be the first structures you build.


Housing Block

Game Text

A housing block provides shelter for one inhabitant. Each block is clumped together with its nearest neighbors to form a 2x2 house.

  • Housing for 1 inhabitabt
Cost
  • 5 / 3 / 2 - Wood (per floor)
  • 0.5 - Lift

Details

Houses occupy a 2x2 footprint and may be clumped together into a 2x2 square of houses. When clumping at minimum one of the houses must be adjacent to a road

Research

Through research housing can achieve the following benefits:

  • Up to 50% reduced food consumption
  • Up to 50% reduced water consumption
  • Stacking up to 3 stories high


Hangar

Game Text

Contains 7 aircraft, used by workers to gather resources and interact with people in the world below.

Provides
  • 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 - airplains for resource collection
Cost

Details

Hangars occupy a 3x8 footprint, with the narrow side required to be on the path.

Research

Through research hangar can achieve the following benefits:

  • Up to 100% gathering rate
  • Up to 3 additional planes per hanger (total of 10)


Path

Game Text

These walkable structures act as both road and support. Buildings must be attached to the Town Center via a Path.

Provides
  • Path for workers, access and attachment point for buildings
Cost

Details

Each path occupies a single grid tile. Multiple path tiles may be built at once by clicking and dragging.

Research

There are no research upgrades available for path.


Academy

Game Text

Allows for researching blueprints. Build multiple Academies for faster research.

Provides
  • Research and bonus research speed
Cost
  • 30 - Wood
  • 5 - Workers
  • 2 - Lift

Details

The academy occupies a 2x4 footprint with the narrow side required to be on the path. Research time is reduced further for each additional academy built.

There are no research upgrades available for academy.


Town Center

Although unbuildable, the Town Center is the most basic structure at the heart of every city.

Game Text

The heart of our flying kingdom. Stores Coal as fuel for the large fan, which is then connected to all lift buildings that also need Coal.

If our Coal ever depletes, our home will fall to the ground! We know to always be wary of our reserves.

Details

Town Center occupies a 5x7 footprint.

Research

Through research town center can achieve the following benefits:

  • Up to 100% returned resources when moving & destroying buildings
  • Up to 200% increased Coal storage
  • Up to 20% increased max Speed
